Genetic Selection & Pheno-Hunting
Every cultivation cycle begins with proprietary genetics. Hundreds of candidate phenotypes are evaluated over a 12–24 month selection program. Each strain is assessed for yield stability, terpene expression, cannabinoid balance, and environmental resilience.
Propagation, Cloning & Vegetative Stage
Clonal propagation is conducted under strict SOPs within sterile, controlled environments. Rooted clones are transferred to buffered coco or inert media optimized with beneficial microbes. Vegetative growth is managed through calibrated lighting and precision nutrition.
Flowering & Nutrient Management
Strain-specific nutrient formulations, micro and macronutrient boosters, and advanced canopy management optimize bud formation. Environmental variables — temperature, humidity, light spectrum, and photoperiod — are continuously monitored and adjusted.
Drying & Curing
Controlled slow-dry process preserves trichome integrity and terpene complexity. After clean-room trimming, flowers enter a 14–21 day curing phase with monitored CO₂ off-gassing, ensuring consistent moisture and stability for export.
Quality Classification
A-Grade buds exceed 2.5 cm with optimal structure and terpene retention. B-Grade maintains full integrity between 1.5–2.5 cm. Each batch validated under our internal QA framework for medical-use and export compliance.
